About the Role

Contract period until the end of May 2026, working in a hybrid arrangement in Jakarta HQ.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the key buyer for logistics-related and general services procurement (e.g., transportation, warehouse services, freight forwarding, consultancy, pest control, GA, etc.).
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, and negotiation processes to achieve cost and service optimization.
• Engage cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, Legal, and other teams to understand needs and define sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from request to purchase order, including vendor communication, price negotiation, contract issuance, approval flow, and performance evaluation.
• Draft and administer contracts in coordination with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in procurement systems.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and budget approvals.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, supplier consolidation, or process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and specifications.
• Maintain updated records and documentation for internal and external audits.
