Carry out production process activities in accordance with the Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System.
Coordinate with foreman to carry out production activities in accordance with established quality and food safety standards.
Supervise and ensure production activities run optimally and report to superiors if there is a process outside the standard or the production process is not on schedule.
Make continuous improvement efforts in improving quality by collaborating with Research & Innovation to carry out production trials.
Manage the team and evaluate the performance of subordinates, in order to perform work in accordance with the competence of the position.
Ensure the administration and system in all batches starting from the receipt of Raw Material / Packaging Material until the handover to Finish Good in accordance with the standard.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or Nutrition
At least 3 years experience in Food Industry, FMCG or related field
Good knowledge about GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 & 9001, FSSC 22000 & Quality System Management
Strong in leadership
Good communication in English & Indonesian
