Role :
This role will assist Head of Institutional Business and Intermediary Business to build and conduct sales activities through the Institutional and banks and other individual channels to achieve sales and revenue target.
Key Accountabilities :
- Business Development : Business development on on Institutional channel and bank distribution's channel Create awareness and build the brand as a preferred brand in in the institutional and retail channel.
- Sales Target : Achieve the AUM target, number of investors of institution and the retail channel. Achieve revenue target for institution and retail channel.
- Sales & Distribution : Build a strong network and relationship with every partner in the institutional and retail channel. Build a strong service and met service level agreement with every partner in the institutional and retail channel. Conduct training, conference calls, road show, customer events and other marketing activities for distributors.
- People Management : Establish close liaison with other members of the institutional team, products, and fund managers as appropriate. Drive the sales team in the distribution channel for achieving targets. Maintain strong relationship with product team of bank partners. Monitor productivity of sales team in the retail channel.
- Administrative : Execution of various sales initiatives & activities in the institutional and retail channel. Support and gives feedback to management on markets &petition. Support and gives feedback to Head of Institutional on markets &petitor analysis. Channel Sales reporting to Distributor's Head sales on regular basis. Develop and regular maintain contact tracking information for all key contacts so that accurate, up to date information is stored regarding these contacts.
