Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Data Analytics Team as a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst . The role focuses on data visualization, statistical analysis, and SQL-based insights to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. While machine learning experience is a plus, this position is primarily geared toward extracting, analyzing, and communicating insights from complex datasets with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Insights & Analysis : Perform deep-dive analyses on structured and unstructured data using SQL, Tableau, and statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting : Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics in Tableau (or similar BI tools) for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ETL & Data Preparation : Develop and manage ETL workflows to ensure clean, reliable, and well-structured datasets from various sources (AWS S3, Redshift, SQL-based tools, etc.).
  • Business Partnering : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
  • Quality Assurance : Implement processes to validate and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Statistical Modeling Support : Assist in applying decision trees, regression models, and other statistical techniques; support ML experiments where applicable.
  • Project Management : Oversee data request pipelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of insights and dashboards.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Experience : 4+ years in data analytics, with proven expertise in SQL and Tableau (must-have).

Technical Skills :

  • Tableau (or Power BI / Looker) for dashboards and data storytelling.
  • Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis (bonus).
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (Tableau Prep, Alteryx, AWS Glue, DBT, etc.).

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey technical insights in simple terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously.

    • Working Hours :

  • Willingness to work within the expected schedule : 2 PM – 1 AM WIB (Indonesia)

    • Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Exposure to machine learning and statistical modeling (decision trees, predictive models, clustering).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or big data tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and reproducible analytics workflows.
