Job Description :

1. Conducting research on PC and HY products includes tests, surveys, and other studies.

2. Develop PC and HY products to improve performance and efficiency.

3. Running innovation programs, cost-saving projects, and development programs for existing and new PC and HY service lines.

4. Ensuring that the Operational Team consistently and effectively implements complaint handling programs from the Technical Team.

5. Ensure that complaints related to PC and HY products are handled effectively.

Requirements

1. Minimum : Bachelor's degree in any field

2. Proficiency in English

3. Good product knowledge of PCs (preferred : knowledge of PC and HY products).

4. Minimum : Three years of experience in a management level.

5. Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills

6. Problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential.

7. Experience with development programs
