Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Lead sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Identify new market opportunities, product demands, and industry trends.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and manage the sales team across regional markets, including setting targets, performance monitoring, and coaching.Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals.Business Development & Key Account Management
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients including construction firms, distributors, EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, and government agencies.Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.Represent the company in trade fairs, expos, and industry events.Market & Competitor Intelligence
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify threats and opportunities.Recommend product or pricing adjustments based on market feedback.Monitor steel and wire market prices, raw material trends, and supply chain disruptions.Operational & Sales Excellence
Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.Oversee order-to-cash processes and ensure compliance with payment terms and delivery commitments.Maintain CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to senior management.Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.Master's Degree (MBA) is a plus.Experience
Minimum 10 years in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.Proven experience in steel, wire, metals, or industrial manufacturing industry is essential.Strong network of clients in construction, infrastructure, and distribution sectors.Skills
