Job Description

Ensure The Legal And Compliance Of The Business
Provide Legal Services To Business Team, Including Advisory, Agreement Drafting, Agreement Reviewing, Legal Analysis And Product Exploration And Risk Identification
Handle Project-based Work Within The Scope Of The Legal Department Responsibilities On As-needed Basis
Advise And Guide The Business Teams On Legal Issues

Requirements

A Master Degree graduated from Law major.

Minimum 3 years as GM Legal (Corporate Legal), and has experience in IT business / industry.

Experience in handling litigation, industrial relation, and company stock.

Has strong leadership and capable to manage team with various type of background.
