Responsibilities
- Prepare FPSO project strategic plan and define, analyze and evaluate FPSO project engineering and process optimization based on knowledge, best practices and engineering principles on FEED project phase; communicate the FPSO project engineering to other departments to ensure developed FPSO project engineering in INPEX Indonesia meet engineering principles and retain FPSO process optimization;
- Set up input for project tenders in the FEED phases and provide FPSO project engineering and process optimization technical inputs and evaluation to tender proposal submitted by prospective contractors / vendors; provide technical advisor related to SURF project contract preparation and prepare its terms and conditions;
- Prepare risk assessment of project engineering and its process in FPSO contractors / vendors engagement activities; review FPSO project manufacture visiting results and prepare the manufacturing facilities report / information to support detailed project Engineering preparation. Prepare the report feedback on potential risk manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for FPSO project plan input into FEED project phases;
- Review the contractor's works in executing project engineering in all FPSO project and review its process risk with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation on the Contractor's deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; set up communication FPSO project integration and interface with LNG, Drilling and HSSE as well as project engineering interface data and development status; in order to ensure project engineering plan achieve the target and minimize / mitigate unpredictable risk for overall FPSO integration project;
- Monitor FPSO project engineering aspects on any change and / or deviation of elements, specification, process, system and others that are proposed in the each of FEED phases, implementation of company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and / or deviation for project engineering meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.Minimum 10 years in Project Engineering within upstream hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. FPSO and / or FLNG project experiences are preferred.Posting & Application
