What You’ll Be Doing

As a Machine Learning Engineer team, you’ll help develop, troubleshoot, and automate solutions to enhance user experience and streamline workflows. Your responsibilities include :

• Solution Development : Build and enhance internal tools using TypeScript / JavaScript .
• Database Management : Troubleshoot and optimize MongoDB databases.
• Automation & Workflows : Automate tasks and integrate systems using Retool , Zapier , Make , or n8n .
• System Support : Provide Linux‑based troubleshooting and support for infrastructure issues.
• Data Analysis : Leverage advanced spreadsheet functions (Google Sheets, Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
• Business Intelligence : Design and manage dashboards and reports using Looker , Google Data Studio , or BI tools like PowerBI / Metabase .
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges.
