IR & GA Department Head

Description :

Manage industrial relations activities with employees, government agencies, and the local community to foster harmonious relationships among all stakeholders.
Oversee legal and compliance activities within the company to ensure operations comply with applicable regulations.
Implement policies related to Industrial Relations & General Affairs to create a safe and conducive work environment for all employees.
Manage general affairs activities, including office and building management, to ensure smooth operational activities within the company.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Law

Work Experience : 5 years as Department Head or Manager role

Work Field : Industrial Relations

Work Background : Manufacturing

Skills : Strong communication skills, solid knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law, Rules, and Regulations, strong problem analysis and solving skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills
