About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in our Marketing Team for aftermarket business at our location in Jakarta.

What you can look forward to as a Country Marketing and Communications :

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO / SEM, content marketing) and traditional (print, events, partnerships) channels.
• Analyze campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI); generate reports to share with stakeholders and adjust strategies based on findings.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.
• Regular market visit to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends; use insights to refine target audience profiles and campaign approaches.
• Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
• Support lead generation efforts, including managing email marketing workflows, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Monitor brand reputation online, respond to customer inquiries or feedback, and escalate issues as needed.
• Performs other duties as directed.
