Drive growth through strategic marketing of Bank Raya’s savings and lending solutions
Achieve performance targets including loan portfolio, savings products, and debt collection
Build new partnerships and maintain existing ones

Requirements

Candidates must be willing to be placed in Community Branch Lamongan

Applicants preferably from the local area

Attractive appearance, communicative, and persuasive

Target- and customer satisfaction-oriented

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with a passion for Banking Industry

Minimum of a Bachelor 1s degree (S1) from an accredited faculty / major

Graduates from public universities (PTN) must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale); graduates from private universities (PTS) must have a minimum GPA of 3.00

Proficient in using gadgets (smartphones, etc.) and computers (at least MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Must possess a motorcycle driving license (SIM C)
