Responsibilities
- Own and execute a monthly content calendar (short-form video, carousel, story formats)
- Develop and evolve core content pillars (demos, hacks, seasonal moments, trust, promo, UGC)
- Craft strong hooks, concise captions, and clear calls-to-action tailored to each pillar
- Plan, allocate budget, define targets, execute, and report results of AB testing for offsite ads platforms (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor core metrics (reach, saves, shares, retention curves, audience growth) and suggest clear next actions
- Run basic content tests (e.g., first-frame variation, hook wording, caption angle) and record outcomes
- Coordinate with trade marketing, e-commerce, and creative resources for timely campaign alignment
- Source, secure permission for, and repurpose relevant user-generated content
- Provide concise weekly and monthly performance summaries (what improved, what to scale, what to pause)
- Maintain a lightweight internal reference list of performing formats and hook styles
- Proactively flag underperforming themes and recommend a pivot or retirement
