Role Objectives

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned design across digital and offline platforms. This role is ideal for someone who not only executes excellent design work but also contributes to the creative vision, guides junior designers, and ensures consistency in brand expression across various touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related creative field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or creative agency space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, elevated design in branding, digital, and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a must; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus).
• Basic skills in motion design or video editing are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in creative direction, mentoring junior designers, and managing multiple deadlines.
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and be based in Bali.
