Responsibilities
- Act as Engineering and Coordinator Supervisor for MEP
- Provide Design Brief to Consultants and review MEP Design
- Coordinate with Architects and Structural Engineers during Design and Construction
- Coordinate and monitor Permitting processes
- Brief Tender Participants and evaluate Tender Proposals for MEP
- Review and approve Shop Drawings, Work Methods, and Materials submitted by Contractors
- Act as MEP Supervisor and oversee MEP work on-site through to Testing & Commissioning
- Review As Built Drawings submitted by Contractors
- Coordinate and verify all Technical & Administrative documents and Certificates related to Work Handover from Contractors to Building Management
