Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to translate designs into interactive components.
  • Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences.
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and data sources.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user interface issues, browser compatibility problems, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay updated on emerging front-end trends and frameworks to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Front-End developer.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS / SCSS for building responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience with UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material Design, or Bootstrap for consistent styling.
  • Strong skills in at least one popular JavaScript framework / library (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Svelte).
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux / RTK, Zustand, Pinia, or Vuex).
  • Proficient in using Git for source control (branching, merging, rebasing, pull requests).
  • Understanding of unit testing principles and basic testing practices.
  • Ability to design and develop responsive layouts for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills to address performance issues (e.g., slow page load, inefficient code).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and working in collaborative teams.
  • Nice to have : exposure to jQuery and mobile app development practices.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with back-end developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
  • Good communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Open to feedback and willing to learn from code reviews and peer input.
