Responsibilities
- Entity Incorporation : Oversee the incorporation process in Indonesia, including securing licenses and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Representation : Act as the company’s local representative to manage the setup process.
- Business Development : Identify opportunities, originate projects, and build partnerships.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with teams in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines for project execution.
- Team Building : Eventually recruit and manage a team to support operations in Indonesia.
