Job description

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience as a manager in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist , with a focus on payroll and benefits administration
  • Familiar with HRIS systems ; experience with Sunfish is highly preferred
  • Expertise in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration , including salary adjustments, tax compliance, health insurance, and retirement plans
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for creating reports, performing data analysis, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Willing to work at Samora Group Head Office (Thamrin, Central Jakarta)

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee payroll management , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax laws, Social Security, and other regulations .
  • Manage compensation and benefits , including salary adjustments, health insurance, retirement plans, and annual salary benchmarking.
  • Develop and implement employee relations programs that promote a positive work environment and align with company policies.
  • Monitor and enhance compensation, rewards, and industrial relations strategies to support business objectives and HR initiatives.
