General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our vibrant coworking community in the heart of Bali. As a full-time on-site position, this role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is committed to creating exceptional experiences for our members. The General will oversee daily operations, manage a diverse team, and drive the strategic growth of our coworking space, ensuring it remains a hub of innovation, collaboration, and inspiration.

What you’ll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking space, ensuring smooth functioning and outstanding member satisfactionp>

Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture

Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain members, strengthening the community atmosphere

Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional activities, partnerships, and events that drive visibility and engagement

Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring a continuously improving member experience

Maintain the space to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics

Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and expense tracking, ensuring the overall financial health of the space

Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations to enhance community connections

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to guide strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally within the coworking or hospitality sector

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Solid problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments

Sound understanding of financial principles and experience managing budgets

Passion for entrepreneurship, community‑building, and creating impactful experiences

Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
