About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in finance team at our location in Jakarta.

What you can look forward to as a Finance and HR Manager :

  • Perform financial management duties including daily and monthly finance operation activities, compiling and submitting reports.
  • Review, analyze and monitor operating results.
  • Oversee the finance operations including implement Group policies, plan and execute the annual operation plan and forecasting, banking matters.
  • Support the stability & optimization of the organization’s profitability and report on a regular basis in accordance with Group policies.
  • Maintain the quality of internal processes to avoid any risk related to potential legal impacts.
  • Adherence to compliance policies and fill the role as Compliance Delegate.
  • Liaise with internal & external auditors & professional advisors to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and take relevant measures for the adherence to Group procedures and policies, IFRS, local GAAP and tax law.
  • Handle HR operation and payroll process, including other admin activities.

Your Profile as a Finance and HR Manager :

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in in accounting or finance
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance experience, nice to have HR experience.
  • Profound knowledge in IFRS, local GAAP and taxation procedures
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, resourceful, strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and handle routine operations efficiently.
  • Experience with ERP systems / applications(Navision / SAP)
  • Good expression ability in English
  • Familiar with local labor regulation
