Overview
What you will do : A senior talent management associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talents that can contribute to Bobobox's success.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the end-to-end process of HR management
- Understanding the core business process of Bobobox
- Maintaining a productive, professional, and empathetic relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, manage, execute, and evaluate employer branding, talent acquisition, people engagement, and learning & development initiatives
- Act as a business partner of the Talent Management team to other stakeholders
