Job descriptionMinimum Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking from a reputable university Minimum 1 (one) year of experience working in a reputable bank or Big 4, preferably audit or banking industry Fast learner and ability to adapt Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Having the ability to analyze financial and accountancy report Understanding financial statement standards and regulations Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing tight deadlines Fluent in Bahasa and English are required
Overview
Accounting Operations & Control, Finance, SeaBank – responsible for collecting supporting documents, validating against the Approval Matrix, and ensuring journal accuracy before uploading.
Responsibilities
- Collect supporting documents and check accuracy against the Approval Matrix and the journal before uploading.
- Gather information, data, and accrual forms from related work units.
- Update and process additions, reversals, or reclassifications in related accounts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and responsible journals regarding changes and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly fluctuation analyses for specified accounts.
- Prepare reconciliation work papers for allocated accounts.
- Prepare analyses of differences arising from the reconciliation process and process adjustments to the bank\'s books.
