Chief Revenue Officer / VP of Sales

Teqconnect is hiring a CRO / VP of Sales on behalf of a fast‑growing agentic AI company that’s transforming how service teams scale. Their no‑code AI agents function as digital employees handling bookings, support, and customer interactions with seamless integration into CRMs, smart speakers, and enterprise tools. Fast to deploy, easy to customize, and built for measurable impact.

They’re now seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead and expand their inside sales organisation across EMEA, including SDRs, BDRs, and AEs. This is a fully remote role focused on driving high‑velocity growth in the SMB and mid‑market enterprise segments.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience : 10–15 years in sales leadership
  • Sales Cycle Expertise : Full‑funnel ownership—from demand generation to closing
  • Industry Background : B2B software or AI software, selling into SMB and mid‑market enterprise
  • Sales Model : High‑velocity, fast‑paced environments
  • Team Leadership : Proven track record building and managing SDR, BDR, and AE teams
