Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (at least Intermediate level).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Responsible and accountable in performing tasks.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and has high integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Create and process purchase orders.
  • Source and evaluate new vendors.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and place orders.
  • Analyze purchasing data and generate reports.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment in accordance with required quality and quantity.
