Overview
Administer Compensation and Benefit Plans. Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Process. Conduct Employee Onboarding and help organize Training & Development initiatives. Provide support to Employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and harmonious workplace. Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Maintain employee files and records.
Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in related field (Psychology and Law).Over 3 years of experience in HR (training) and general administration (GA) in a manufacturing setting, preferably with a Japanese company.Experience handling recruitment, training, payroll, and legal matters.Fluent in English (writing and speaking).Willing to work in Karawang area.#J-18808-Ljbffr
