We are looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk & Support team member to join our growing organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing excellent support to our internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to users, ensuring smooth handling of IT requests and issue reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems reported by users.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly helpdesk ticket reports.
- Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, IT security, and antivirus systems.
- Escalate requests or issues to the appropriate parties (L2 and L3) when not resolved at the Helpdesk level.
- Act as an active and proactive IT Operations support partner for business units.
- Carry out other assignments related to IT Operations as directed by the Head of IT Operations Division.
- Manage IT assets, maintain inventories, and coordinate with external vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Technology / Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or related roles.Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.Capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks.Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
