Senior Backend Developer

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer with at least 3+ years of experience building and running backend systems. You must be technically strong, flexible, communicative, and result-driven, someone who can move fast, work well with the team, and keep quality high while staying practical.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend systems using Node.js (TypeScript)
• Design and optimize databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL ), including smart use of indexes and composite indexes.
• Write code that is clean, extensible, and readable .
• Make good calls on tech stack choices and problem-solving approaches.
• Work with linting tools, SonarQube, and code quality practices .
• Understanding of the CI / CD process and ability to work effectively with DevOps / Infra teams.
• Explain complicated technical matters in clear, simple language to both tech and non-tech teammates.
• Understanding of AWS stacks as part of daily work.
• Drive outcomes, not just output; your focus is results, speed, and quality.
