Production Engineering Manager

Establishing the department’s vision, mission, and policies as a derivative of company policies.

Building strategic and intensive relationships with customers, including conducting strategic meetings with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the problem-solving and decision-making processes for issues faced by subordinates.

Developing team members by planning and proposing training or skill enhancement programs.

Ensuring the achievement of company targets in the field of Production Engineering.

Controlling and supervising the implementation of new product development projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Providing suggestions and analyzing development projects, and participating in decision-making to adjust processes and operation methods to reach maximum benefits.

Responding to the organization's policies, analyzing production data such as productivity, efficiency, work effectiveness of the section, and analyzing opportunities and possibilities (Feasibility Analysis), including development and improvement of the units.

Managing direct subordinates to ensure they are able to perform in line with goals, such as approving overtime, monitoring and managing employee KPIs.
