Child Safeguarding :   Level :  the role holder will have contact with children and / or young people either frequently ( once a week or more) or intensively ( four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work in country programs; or are visiting country programs; ore because they are responsible for implementing the police checking / vetting process staff.

Role Purpose :

In the capacity of an IT & Network Coordinator at the Jakarta Office, reporting to the Tech & Digital (TD) Sr. Manager, your core objective is to drive enhancements in business processes. This involves ensuring the smooth daily operation of IT-related equipment, networks, and services across both the Jakarta and Field Offices. Your responsibilities encompass a spectrum of activities, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting of IT systems, Emails & Access, Routers and any other IT network peripherals also maintaining effective communication with external technology solution providers. Working closely with the TD Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in proposing solutions, guiding their implementation, instigating changes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the IT domain.

Your role extends to being the primary point of contact for IT support within the Jakarta Office. Additionally, you will extend first and second-line support to field office teams, enabling them to develop self-reliance. This role requires adeptly navigating various field offices and collaborating with stakeholders of diverse expertise. To excel, you must possess self-driven initiative and a readiness to adapt. Your role will involve offering guidance and support to intricate field offices within the organization's operation, entailing a willingness to travel to these locations.

In times of significant humanitarian crises, you should anticipate assuming responsibilities beyond your standard role and adjusting your working hours as needed.
