On behalf our client Leading FMCG Industry, we are looking for "GM of StrategicPlanning" as following details :

Requirements :

Min 10 years experience in the same position, Strategic Planner
Experiences in FMCG Industries
Report line to CEO

Job Description :

Facilitate strategic priorities and strategic initiatives definition

Identify new strategic and business opportunities, including proposing areas for further capability building or to be de-prioritized, in response to a dynamically changing operating environment

Guide functional strategy development by clarifying corporate strategy and participating in functional strategy workshops

Guide and support functional Directorates to detail strategic initiatives (e.g. re-conceiving and / or repositioning of brand concepts), facilitate and drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, and monitor execution progress

Ensure cascading of corporate goals and KPIs into functional Directorates

Oversee long-term network design including manufacturing and distribution footprint optimization, in partnership with Operations and Supply Chain

Develop market and competitor intelligence, (e.g. market shares, competitor profiles, country and category development, trends etc.) in partnership with Marketing

Oversee the companys M&A agenda; develop and negotiate strategic partnerships and / or divestments
