What you will do, but not limited to :

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff regarding IT-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and related equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and improvements.
  • Document and maintain records of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Conduct routine backups, system checks, and security audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with hardware, software, and networking.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, server management, and database systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
