Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in MICE or banquet sales in a senior management position at a 5-star hotel.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed revenue targets for events and conferences.
• Strong leadership skills to manage the conference and banquet sales team.
• Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the MICE market in Bandung.
