We are currently seeking a leader to drive the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of core systems encompassing payments, financial operations, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. This role is critical in our fast‑paced fintech environment, where agility, data integrity, and scalability are essential.

You will operate at the intersection of finance, accounting, product, and technology, ensuring that systems align with business needs while upholding data accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

As Amartha scales‑now operating across multiple entities, the complexity of managing internal systems, financial operations, and compliance requirements continues to increase. We need a subject matter expert to lead this domain and serve as the bridge between product, tech, finance, and compliance. Your leadership will ensure our systems are seamlessly integrated, enable secure money movement, support accurate financial reporting, and provide an audit‑ready infrastructure.
