Software Engineer – EMEA (Remote-first, up to £210K)

The next decade will be shaped by a handful of companies who crack human-level AI. They’ll move faster, attract the best talent, and raise serious capital. One of my clients is already stacking advantages here; they’re building AI that changes how software itself gets built. Think of it like this : instead of 100M people writing code, they want 2B people able to build software. Their mission is simple but massive—combine applied research with engineering at scale, and put world-class AI products directly in developers’ hands.

They’re now hiring several Software Engineers to own and scale the backbone of their product : a multi-tenant cloud and enterprise platform that powers everything between their LLMs and end-user products (editor extensions, web apps, etc.).

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and implementing the platform that makes their AI usable by developers worldwide.
• Building high-performance backends and APIs that can handle serious scale.
• Working on distributed systems, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
• Deploying to both cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure) and enterprise single-tenant environments.
• Shipping quickly without cutting corners : CI / CD, containerisation, testing, monitoring.
