Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive account management by acquiring and expanding client relationships in stocks, forex, and contract for difference (CFD)
  • Offer customized trading solutions based on client needs, goals, and risk tolerance
  • Manage client accounts proactively, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and growing net deposits
  • Promote and support the use of our trading platforms, including MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and the proprietary InTrade mobile app
  • Monitor global economic trends, commodity movements, and capital markets to provide value-added insights to clients and internal teams

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Experience in account management, business development or financial sales (especially in brokerage, CFDs, or forex) is a strong advantage
  • Have strong passion in Sales with strong interest in client engagement
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with effective negotiation skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
