IT SPECIALIST

About the role

PT.Elecmetal Longteng Indonesia is seeking a talented IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and solutions to our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Kabupaten Batang, Central Java, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for end‑users, resolving hardware and software‑related issues
• Administering and maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure
• Implementing and configuring software applications to meet the organisation's needs
• Monitoring system performance, identifying and addressing any potential problems
• Assisting with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Providing training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and applications
• Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement innovative technology solutions

What we're looking for

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience : 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
