About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and professional Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long‑term business relationships with High‑Net Worth ( HNW ) clients and distribution partners ( APERD ).

What you’ll be doing :

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and investment needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored investment strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with mutual fund distribution partners (APERD) to achieve business growth targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reviews to ensure clients are informed about the performance of their investments.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the financial services sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as portfolio managers and operations, to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in mutual fund distribution.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and events with professionalism.

What we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, preferably majoring in Accounting, Management, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in banking or asset management. Experience in Wealth Management and / or mutual fund distribution partnerships is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and proficiency in English.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong understanding of mutual fund products, distribution mechanisms, and relevant regulations (e.g., OJK regulations on APERD and mutual funds).
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional certification such as WAPERD or other relevant capital market certifications is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
  • Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to represent the company’s professional image.
