HAKA Auto is a Mega Dealer in Indonesia, specializing in the marketing of BYD Auto products. The company is establishing branches and dealers (VSP - Vehicle, Service, Parts) across major cities in Java, including DKI Jakarta, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan. HAKA Auto not only focuses on selling car units but also offers comprehensive After Sales Services, including vehicle repairs and the supply of spare parts.
Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Human Capital and General Affairs functions to support the company’s strategic objectives. This role oversees workforce human capital operations, development, general affairs operations, and etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Human Capital and General Affairs activities to align with the company’s strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective HC & GA policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, employee development, performance management, and training programs.
- Manage industrial relations, including communication with labor unions and handling labor issues.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and the implementation of HR best practices.
- Supervise General Affairs functions such as facility management, security, licensing, and office administration.
- Actively participate in workforce planning for both short-term and long-term business expansion needs.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to management in organizational development, culture building, and people development.
- Lead and develop the HC & GA team to achieve performance targets and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law.Min. 5–7 years of experience in Human Capital and General Affairs in the automotive or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.High integrity, professionalism, and result-oriented mindset.Required Skills
