Lead the development and delivery of civil engineering designs, technical documentation, part specifications, and design standards across infrastructure and building projects.
Oversee and review detailed engineering calculations, structural analyses, and technical plans.
Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team across departments.
Conduct trend research and foster innovation in design processes, material selection, and modelling methodologies.
Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and compliance for all technical changes, engineering drawings, and revisions.
Evaluate team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and align goals with company objectives.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and long-term project planning.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety protocols, and industry standards at every stage of the design and finalization process.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on design and execution requirements.
Supervise the use of civil engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000) and ensure team proficiency in technical platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in QS with at least 2 years in managerial level.

Solid knowledge of local construction market pricing, contracts (FIDIC, local formats), and procurement procedures.

Strong understanding of civil, structural, and construction works in industrial settings.

Proficient in QS software, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Excel

High integrity individual with excellent analytical, communication, and detail-oriented.

Able to work on-site in an industrial estate setting and manage multiple project packages simultaneously.
