Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor daily accounting activities including AP / AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation and journal entries.
- Lead finance operation team covering General Accounting, Receivables, Payables and Taxation.
- Assist in preparing annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Manage, control and ensure Company’s fixed assets are recorded timely and accurately.
- Regularly monitor costs development and analyze the variance of actual against budget.
- Review finance process constantly and identify areas of improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate filling of tax returns (VAT,Income Tax & Witholding).
- Ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Management.
