Job descriptionAt least 10 years of Operations, Middle Office experience such as trade operations, settlement etc Good product knowledge such as futures and options and other derivatives securities products Good communication and problem solving skills Team leadership experience, meticulous and positive mindset
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage trade operations such as trade processing, clearing and settlements for derivative products
- Monitor the team to ensure trades are booked and settled accurately and timely
- As a team to identify trade breaks and perform reconciliation, resolve any discrepancies
- Review operations process, recommend process automation and digitalization
- Provide guidance to the team and be escalation point when they need assistance
- Liaise with other stakeholders on trade operations issues
- Review and update Operations SOPs
- Participate in operations project when necessary
