Job description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Strategy Specialist .

Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive regular reports on sales and merchant performance, providing insights and strategic action plans for the Head of Sales.
  • Act as PMO for sales regular cadence (weekly / monthly, Individual / all segment) : coordinate and facilitate meetings by preparing data-driven decks, driving cross-functional collaboration, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support sales decision-making, e.g., competitive landscape, market share, merchant and segment behavior, user behavior, etc.
  • Develop tools and ways of working to support sales initiatives and decision-making, e.g., sales performance evaluation systems, merchant performance review, forecasting model, market share tracker, etc.
  • Support in setting sales targets, including product mix, sales volume, and market share, segmented by merchant category.
  • Contribute to executing sales motions / building blocks by conducting periodic reviews and providing insights to stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy-related roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems given minimum guidance.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions through descriptive data analysis to complex financial modeling - proficiency in using analytical tools such as SQL, Looker studio, or similar platforms for performance tracking and reporting is a plus point.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and a keen eye for detail in planning, documentation, and execution.
