Responsibilities

• Developing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales targets.
• Leading the sales and marketing team in carrying out daily activities such as designing and implementing marketing programs, organizing promotional activities, and negotiating with business partners.
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
• Work closely with the product, finance, and operations teams to align sales and marketing strategies with business priorities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and overall market conditions for senior leadership.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve performance in both sales and marketing functions.
