Job Number : Qualifications :

• 5+ years in hotel engineering with supervisory / assistant chief experience in a 4 / 5-star property.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, life safety, and preventive maintenance planning.
• Proficient with CMMS, asset lifecycle management, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Budgeting, capex planning, and vendor / contractor management skills.
• Solid leadership with a safety-first mindset and compliance to local regulations.
