Job Descriptions (Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective performance and collaboration.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and manage the company’s cash flow to support operational needs.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Statement of Account (SOA) with principals ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all financial records are in compliance with applicable accounting regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries to plan, monitor, and optimize the company’s financial activities.
• Liaise with banks and other external parties to facilitate payments and financial transactions.
• Maintain communication with principals, vendors, and customers regarding financial transactions and related matters.
