Job descriptionMaster proficiency in AWS Lambda. A minimum of 1 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. Master proficiency in AWS DynamoDB. Master proficiency in Git. Advanced proficiency in AWS Command Line Interface (CLI). Intermediate proficiency in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD). Intermediate proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD). Design, Implement and maintain functional test automation at different product layers, service, and UI layers. Analyze, debug and fix the automated test on a daily basis and raise defects accordingly. Identify improvements that can be implemented in the testing process, release cycle, testing tools & technologies. Work vertically on each feature to test the business logic on the server-side and the user experience and user flow UI (Mobile Application, Web Application, Desktop Application). Execute all relevant testing types for the story, including user interface testing, functionality testing, performance testing, regression testing or integration testing. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Collaborate well with Developers and QA in supporting each other to ensure high-quality products. Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in the capital market. One to three years of experience in quality assurance automation within the financial services, or technology industry with exposure to the startup industry. Detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, self-motivated individual and also with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Hands‑on in API testing techniques. Hands‑on in Mobile (Android & iOS), Web & Mobile Web, and also Desktop apps testing applications. Familiarity and good knowledge about CI / CD tools like Jenkins, and Gitlab. Understanding of core business logic, algorithms, and datasets, with the ability to perform low‑level System and Data Analysis. Designing and developing test automation scripts. Using test automation guidelines. Researching issues in software through testing. Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions. Keeping updated with the latest industry developments. Prepare data and configure automation testing tool according to test scenario. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or a related field. Previous experience as a test automation engineer (Selenium, Appium, Katalon Studio). Performance testing using tools e.g : Jmeter. Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills. Highly accurate and detail-oriented. Strong analytical and planning skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Read from requirements, design / write and review test cases. Collaborate with developers, product owner, and other related teams to understand the expectations, priority and timelines for features under development. Define and design negative and edge cases and improve test cases coverage up to 100%. Automate P0 test cases on a daily basis. Report all found and identified bugs in jira. Make sure highest quality code delivery to production, for instance, Zero (or less than 1%) of leaked critical / major severity issues. Update the tasks and bugs in jira to follow the sprint best practices. Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Skills in Quality Management and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proficiency in Quality Auditing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or related. Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. Be involved in whole development lifecycle and technical design review. Test case design and planning. Functional testing via grey-box and white-box methodologies. Perform Application Program Interface (API) testing, and API automation testing. Performance, security, and integration testing for system, module, API, and other tools. Bug analysis and tracking. Setting up and maintenance of testing environment. Development and maintenance of testing tools, automation of testing tools and scripts. Continuous improvement and research of testing process, skills, techniques, quality, and efficiency. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines. 2 years of relevant experience. Familiar with at least of the following programming languages : Python, Java, or Golang. Familiar with at least one API / Unit testing framework. Good logical and structural thinking. Strong sense of project ownership and result-oriented. Good sense of quality, teamwork, and innovation. Able to work independently. Experience in client-side socket programming, database and Structured Query Language (optional). Be involved in whole development lifecycle and technical design review. Test case design and planning. Functional testing via grey-box and white-box methodologies. Perform Application Program Interface (API) testing, and API automation testing. Junior-Middle : Middle-Senior : Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a QA Engineer Hybrid Testing. Middle-Senior : Minimum 3-8 years of relevant work experience as a QA Engineer Hybrid Testing. Lead product testing efforts for new enhancements and product initiatives, collaborating closely with developers. Review requirements and designs to develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases. Apply risk-based testing strategies to optimize test coverage and efficiency. Ensure strict compliance with all defined Quality Assurance (QA) processes and standards. Must be familiar with the AUTOMATION TOOLS (Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with web application testing, APIs, and automation tools is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing by using Katalon. Good understanding of industry business processes, particularly in banking, insurance and multifinance (must). Ability to design and implement effective test automation frameworks. Ability to create and manage test cases, test suites, and test data within Katalon Studio. Experience in testing both web and mobile applications using Katalon. Understanding of the challenges and nuances of testing different platforms. Familiar with scripting languages like Groovy, which is used in Katalon automation scripts. Understanding of test automation principles and best practices. Knowledge of different types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end). Hands‑on experience with Katalon Studio. Ability to create and manage test cases, test suites, and test objects. Proficiency in using Katalon Recorder and Katalon TestOps for test management and execution. Knowledge of Groovy or other scripting languages supported by Katalon. Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services. Proficiency with version control systems like Git. Experience with data-driven, keyword-driven, and behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot failures, and debug test scripts effectively. Strong communication to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members. Attention to detail to identify even subtle issues in the application. Critical thinking to evaluate risks and prioritize testing efforts.
