Job description

As a Junior Odoo Developer supports the development, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP systems . This role focuses on assisting in technical implementation tasks such as module development, bug fixing, and feature enhancement under the guidance of senior developers.

It’s an entry-level technical position designed for individuals building foundational knowledge in Odoo’s architecture, Python programming, and ERP integration.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads while building strong client relationships.
  • Deliver tailored Odoo demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Execute marketing strategies, manage channels, and create sales materials.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Consultancy (IT / ERP / software preferred).
  • Proactive, analytical, and creative with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (Odoo preferred)
  • Skilled in client relations, negotiation, and CRM / data management.
