Media Assistant (Intern) APAC

The Role : ABOUT THE ROLE

This internship, with a minimum duration of six months , offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business operations at InfluenConnect x Comms8. Reporting to the managers, you will support content creation, business operations, and external outreach while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will work closely with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, contribute to marketing initiatives, and help strengthen stakeholder relationships. This role provides valuable exposure to various aspects of agency operations, with opportunities to develop new skills and make a meaningful impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Develop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media platforms for both InfluenConnect and Comms8
• Conduct research and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Manage online communities, including outreaching, responding to messages and engaging with followers.
• Track and consolidate marketing channel performance reports.
• Assist with copywriting, visual design, and video / reel editing.
• Keep PowerPoint decks and company materials up to date.
• Localize content across different languages as needed.

Business Support and Project Assistance

General Support

Ad hoc tasks may be assigned as needed and the tasks outlined above may not encompass all duties required in day-to-day operations. The company reserves the right to modify or change the responsibilities of the role in accordance with evolving business needs.
