Then come in and join us as the Customer Service Engineer (Installation & Startup Support) to execute all service and installation activities, which are coordinated via the Head of Installation, in an adequate and appropriate manner.

Your Role

• You will perform system startup, commissioning, mechanical support / installations, corrective repairs and updates / upgrades of all products within your area of expertise.
• You will communicate and accepte all operative advice from the Head of Installation.
• You will support the SERVOR Service process and ensuring optimal performance in all process activities related to your area of responsibility.
• You will escalate incidents according to the defined parameters and informing the head of Installation on all escalation issues.
• You will report any customer complaints related to the project execution with proper documentation to the Head of Installation.
• You will comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthineers.
• You will maintain the highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthineers and Customer Services.
