About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at KAP Teramihardja, Pradhono & Chandra' in South Jakarta. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contributing to the overall financial strategy.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and oversee the day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial statement preparation.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard the company's assets.
Collaborate with the finance team to analyse financial data, identify trends and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship and opportunities for professional development.
Support the Senior Management team in strategic decision‑making by providing financial insights and recommendations.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager or senior‑level accounting role, preferably within a professional services firm.

Strong technical accounting knowledge, including expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.

Proficient in the application of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional accounting certification (such as CPA or CA) preferred.

Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills and other accounting programs (Accurate).

Have Brevet A&B Certification will be advantage.

Have knowledge and experience in operating tax application such as e‑Faktur, e‑SPT, etc.
